Nestled just over the Wisconsin border, our historic barn venue offers a one-of-a-kind setting for weddings, celebrations, and gatherings of all kinds. Originally built in 1920, the beautifully restored barn sits on 15 private acres and is surrounded by over 200 acres of scenic hay fields, creating breathtaking views and a peaceful countryside atmosphere. Redbud Ridge Farm is the best event venue close by Milwaukee, Chicago, and Lake Geneva.
Starting in 2026, overnight rentals will be available with your event booking. With hotel accommodations only 6-8 miles away, including Lily Lake Resort, our venue blends rustic charm with modern convenience. At redbud Ridge Farm, we give you an unforgettable event experience with many unique photo opportunities. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Our Services
At Redbud Ridge, we offer full-service event bookings. We offer customized bar service, tables and linens for your event, and access to our preferred vendor list for catering, bakeries, photography, wedding planning, and more. If you prefer, you can bring your own caterer. All alcohol is purchased through and served by Redbud Ridge Farm. Contact us for our preferred vendor list. The venue space is over 5,000 sq ft and a capacity of 150 guests. The outdoor deck adds an additional 720 ft.² lots of options for making your event flow with ease. Our wide open floor plan allows you to arrange your own event how you envision! Parking for all of your guests is just steps away from the entrance making the flow of your event seem less!

About The Owner
Nichole Smith comes from a long family history of successful entrepreneurs dating back to before the great depression. Nichole Smith started on her equine business in 1995. Starting then Nicole has been part of public performances and competitions. At the start of her equine career she rode and trained for Temple Lipizzans in the public performances offered by the farm. Since that time she has competed very successfully in United States Equestrian Federation events through the international level. Nichole Smith Dressage business has apprenticed in 3 different Olympians programs over the last 30 years. Including various locations from California , Florida, Kentucky, Illinois and South western Wisconsin. Nichole Smith Dressage has also imported horses from Europe as part of incorporating great equine athletes to further the business, in facilitating her skill set learned from the top Olympians in the USA. Nichole will embrace her venue business in the same manor as her equine business striving to offer excellence.
